Bagpipe Sheet Music
The below files contain the actual sheet music that the band plays (exact musical notes in most tunes will vary from band to band). There are also a few tunes that are favorites of some band members that they like to play and want to share with everyone (marked with * ). This section is intended for band members and other Pipers, but please feel free to view, download or otherwise use the tunes however you'd like.
Bagpipe Player (BWW Files)
Bagpipe Player is software that enables you to view pipe sheet music and have the computer play along with you as you are learning a tune. This will allow you to learn how to play with other pipers and the tune tempo. You can even make adjustments to the notes, tempo, etc. with the software (advanced users). Use this link to download Bagpipe Player (it's free) and it is what you will need to open the BWW files below. This version will work with all windows versions and is safe to download. If your anti-virus software prevents it from downloading, you may need to manually adjust the settings to allow it to work. To download a tune after you have installed Bagpipe Player, "right-click" on a tune and select, "Save target as...". This will let you save it as a BWW file. All tunes here are JFRD Band tunes with the exception of those marked with *.
